It has a good content of protein and a very good dish for kids. the making procedure is very simple one you can have it with dosa, chapati and even with rice. Very delicious recipe too. you can take it with your lunch, Evening snacks and even for breakfast.

Ingredients:

1. Egg - 2 no.
2. Onion- 2 no.
3. Oil- 2 tbs
4. Pepper- 1 tbs
5. Turmeric- 2 pinches
6. Salt- to taste
Procedure:
1. Chop onion into fine pieces, keep it aside.
2. Take a pan keep it on the stove and heat it.
3. Pour 2 tbs of oil into it, add a pinch of mustard one the oil get heat, let it splutter,
4. Pour chopped onion, cook it until it turned into golden yellow in color.
5. Now break eggs and pour it over the onion.
6. Add Pepper- 1 tbs, Turmeric- 2 pinches, Salt- to taste, mix it well for 2 mins.
7. Serve hot.

Combined best with:

Dosa, Rice, chapati, Bread.
