The Gobi 65 is one of the best starter and evening snack in the rainy season. Kids love Crispy yummy Gobi 65, and it takes very minimum time to prepare with fewer ingredients. You can prepare it for an unexpected guest, as well as you can serve it as a side dish for lunch.

Preparation time:
20-30 mins

Serves:
6 serves

Ingredients:
Cauliflower- 1 (500 g)
Turmeric powder- 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder- 3 tablespoon
Rice flour- 3 tablespoon
Corn flour- 3 tablespoon
Garam masala- 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Egg- 2 no's
Oil- 2 cups
Salt- Needed
Lemon- 1 no

Procedure:
1. First, take a cauliflower and clean it, plug it florets, and chop into small pieces.
2. Boil water, turn off the stove and put all cauliflower floret pieces in the water and leave it for 10 min.
3. After 10 mins drain all water completely. (You can add a pinch of turmeric powder and a pinch of salt in hot water)
4. Now add 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder, 3 tablespoons of Red chili powder, 3 tablespoons of Rice flour, 3 tablespoon Corn flour, 1 tablespoon of Garam masala, 1/2 tablespoon of Coriander powder with the florets and mix well.
5. Then add 2 eggs to the mixture and leave the preparation for some time to set masala with cauliflower.
6. Now take a pan (kadhai), pour 2 cups of oil and let it heat, now put a small piece from the preparation in the pan to check the heat.
7. Once the oil gets enough heat, deep fry the mixture.
8. Take Gobi from oil and put it on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
9. Now take it in a plate or bowl squeeze lemon on it, garnish with coriander leaf and serve hot.
