This is very simple and tasty recipe which takes very minimum time to cook.  benefits of mushroom: 1.Mushrooms are high in antioxidants,so it will prevent cancer . 2.It contains selenium a mineral that is not present in most vegetables and fruits which takes part in liver enzyme function , detoxify some cancer causing compounds. 3.It is rich in vitamins expecially in vitamin D. 4.It regulates blood pressure , it has high potassium and low sodium which lowers blood pressure and decreases high blood pressure. Carrot and bean both have a very good health benefit, the carrot has very rich content of vitamin c, beans are rich in fiber. And a very tasty and easy veg side dish. 

Serves:

4-5 serves

Ingredients:

Carrot - 20 nos
Beans - 20 nos
Oil -5-6 tbs
Mustard seeds - 2 pinches
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbs
Dry red chili - 4-5 nos
Onion -1 no
Garam masala -1/2 tbs
Salt - needed

Procedure:

1.Take a clean dry pan on the stove with low flame.
2. Pour 6-7 tbs of oil and let it heat and put a pinch of mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
3. Put curry leaf and onion stir it well let it yellow in color and add dry red chili.

4. Add chopped carrot and beans mix it for 10 mins until it wild slightly.

5. Add turmeric powder, Garam masala mixe it well.

6. Add needed salt and mix it well.
7. Serve hot as a side dish for rice or serve as a snack.
