This is very simple and tasty recipe which takes very minimum time to cook.  benefits of mushroom: 1.Mushrooms are high in antioxidants,so it will prevent cancer . 2.It contains selenium a mineral that is not present in most vegetables and fruits which takes part in liver enzyme function , detoxify some cancer causing compounds. 3.It is rich in vitamins expecially in vitamin D. 4.It regulates blood pressure , it has high potassium and low sodium which lowers blood pressure and decreases high blood pressure.             Hi there, welcome to the blog for another interesting recipe. Todayvi am sharing my most favorite veggie "The great bhendi" .
Bhendi is already known as okra amd ladies finer. it has mucous like substans in it, when it is soackes overnight in water youvcan getbout the substance out and by drinking it in empty stomack give amazing health benefit to your body.
Aslo bhendi is rice in potassium ,calcium,fiber, vitaminB&C.

1. It supress cancer cells.
2. Improves skin health.
3. Controls diabetes.
4. Improves vision.
5. Good to eat in pragnancy Time.

6. Best in digestion problems.

Lets get into the recipe section :
Ingredients :
Bhendi - 10-15
Salt -to tast.
Red chilli powder -2tablespoon.
Turmeric- half table spoon.
Rice/corn flour -1/2 cip
Besan-1 cup
Greenchilli-2 nis( finely chopped)
Lemon -1.

Procedure:
1.wash the vegitable and completely wipe with clean cotton towl or you can skip the washing and just wipe .then let it dry for sometime.
2. now take a clean boul pour besan,rice/corn flour, chilli powder,turmeric powder, Salt, chopped green chilli mixt all the ingredients well. nwbadd some water to make that mixture athick pastpieces now take the okra cut the veggie from upside down int twohalf and now removebthe stalk or if you are okey withe stalk let it be and make the intobfour pieces.
put all the vegetable intothe boul.
5. now pour some oil in the pan to deep fry .
6. once oil get ready to fry,  deep fry the mixture in batches.
7.squeeze the lemon if you want..
8.serve hot.
combined best with:
Evening tea time snack.
lunch side diah.
lunch box snack.
