Spring onion is also called as salad onion and green onion which is used in many recipes as the main ingredient and also as garnishing ingredient. Also, it is used in the vegetable salad in many countries. It has many medicinal and health benefits. Generally, onion has antioxidant in the name of quercetin a flavonoid, and it is good in fiber and vitamin C also.

Ingredients needed for this recipe:
1.       Spring onion (finely chopped),
2.       Red chili (dried chili is preferred)- 5-6 nos
3.       Mustard seed - 2pinch
4.       Small onion(finely chopped)- 2 nos
5.       Oil - 5-10 tbs
6.    Salt (To taste) -  needed

Procedure:
1. Take a dry pan on the stove; pour 5-10 tablespoon of oil in the pan,
2. Add 2 pinch of mustard seeds, and allow mustard to splutter in low flame,

3. Add finely chopped onions to the pan, mix it well and allow it turn mild golden brown in color.

4. Then add chilies to it which gives spicy taste to this recipe,

5. Finally, Pour all spring onions in the pan,

6. Stir all ingredients, allow the spring onion to wilt and get soft.
