This is very simple and tasty recipe which takes very minimum time to cook.  benefits of mushroom: 1.Mushrooms are high in antioxidants,so it will prevent cancer . 2.It contains selenium a mineral that is not present in most vegetables and fruits which takes part in liver enzyme function , detoxify some cancer causing compounds. 3.It is rich in vitamins expecially in vitamin D. 4.It regulates blood pressure , it has high potassium and low sodium which lowers blood pressure and decreases high blood pressure. All of us are in hurry in the morning and tired in the dinner time, so today we are going to see a simple 2 mins chutney, and it good for health too. The ingredients used in this chutney is good for your health.

Serves:

2-4 serves.

Ingredients:


Oil- 3 tbs
Mustard-  a pinch
Onion- 2
Tomato - 3
Cumin powder-1/2 tbs
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbs
Salt- Needed
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tbs(optional)

Procedure:

1. Take 2 Onions and 2 tomatoes, slice them into pieces.
2. Grond Onion and take it in a bowl, Then ground tomato and take that in a separate bowl.
3. Now take a pan keep it on the stove in a low flame, pour 2-3 tbs of oil and let it heat.
4. Put a pinch of mustard seeds in the pan and let it splutter.
5. Now pour the ground onion paste, stir it well.
6. Once it slightly cooked, Pour grained tomato paste, stirs well.
7. Now add cumin powder-1/2 tbs, red chili powder - 1/2 tbs, salt- Needed mix it all together.

Combined best with:

Dosa, Chapati, Idly.
